developing international real estate in Mexico .
“Liberty Cove, is 46,000 acres on the Sea of Cortez,
is some interesting international real estate being developed
into a large, mixed use, American community. This includes
beachfront retirement homes, ranchettes, condos & townhouses,
a marina, an hotel, a possible timeshare, golf courses, strip
centers, a polo course, a possible casino, and a Formula
One racetrack (Monte Carlo style). It is being developed
in eight phases, with phase one commencing next spring.

The $100 million natural gas facility now under construction
nearby by Houston based DKRW is directly benefiting Liberty
Cove by bringing four lane access all the way to the property
from the US border. All data of all types show a very strong
continued demand for a Liberty Cove type community in this
near-border location.

Investors receive a combination of 18%, first position
on free and clear property (backed by First American Title),
and equity participation in the project. Investment Options
(US$25K minimum):
After three years investors may opt to take back their
investment at 10% per year (paid quarterly) plus a 25% third
year bonus which equates to an 18% annualized return or they
may retain their shares permanently and begin profit sharing
(20% of the first Phase), and still receive quarterly interest.
Or investors can opt to retain
their shares permanently and acquire beachfront lots at 35%
below market with no out-of–pocket
cost, and still receive quarterly interest.
