Spotting trends makes money and yesterday’s
message looked at the trend of rising real estate values in Ashe
County, Small Town USA.
Our friend, real estate broker Trey Morrison, just confirmed this
trend

"I found out that there is a new Lowe’s
Hardware going in near the
Wal-Mart in West Jefferson. This shows that another huge corporation
has done its homework and decided that West Jefferson is a good place
to invest their money. If it’s good enough for them I think
that it should be good enough for us. There is actually land
available near these two corporate giants for very reasonable prices! In
Boone you can’t touch land near the Lowe’s and Wal-Mart
(which are across the street from one another) for less than a couple
million per acre!"
