International
investment opportunities are best when we spot important
trends.
Our
last two messages have looked at truthiness and a quote from
Michael Adams, a professor at North Carolina State University
who
specializes in lexicology. He said "truthiness" means "truthy,
not
facty."
"The
national argument right now is, one, who's got the truth
and,
two, who's got the facts," he said. "Until we can
manage to get the
two of them back together again, we're not going make much
progress."
This
thought leads us into the very depths of reality and our
existence. Merging truthiness and factiness reaches the
realms of
quantum mechanics and how we (mankind) process information in a
holographic way. This drives to the place where our truths create
facts and the facts of others create our truths.

Michael
Talbot author of the book “The Holographic
Universe” has a lot
to say about this. An
article he wrote outlines why scientists think we may exist in a
holographic universe and why consciousness and intention are such an
important part of health and wealth.
The
article explains that in 1982 a remarkable event took place.
At
the University of Paris a research team led by physicist Alain Aspect
performed what may turn out to be one of the most important
experiments of the 20th century. This research discovered that under
certain circumstances subatomic particles such as electrons are able
to instantaneously communicate with each other regardless of the
distance separating them. It doesn't matter whether they are 10 feet
or 10 billion miles apart. When these particles are observed together
they become entangled and from then on remain connected regardless of
time and space. http://www.crystalinks.com/holographic.htm
Then
the article tells how University of London physicist, David
Bohm,
agreeing with Aspect's findings implies that objective reality does
not exist, that despite its apparent solidity the universe is at heart
a phantasm, a gigantic and splendidly detailed hologram.
This is
quite a revelation. Yet the choice of truthiness
suggests that
society is moving towards accepting this fact, though we still have to
learn how to combine truthy and facty.
This
could pave the way for a big trend as the market is freed
from
the tyranny of reason. This will change business and investing
in
almost every way.
Today
most people spend their lives living, working, spending and
investing the way others think they should rather than for
themselves. When we learn to combine truth and facts, we’ll know
that
it’s better to live as we know we should instead of joining the herds
created at Madison Avenue.
How
this unfolds in actual business escapes me so I would love
to here
your opinions on what beautiful things we can expect and should invest
in to help create a more truth supported by positive facts.
Until then, good investing.
